Can pressure washing damage a patio?
Yes, and it frequently does. High pressure held too close will pit soft stone such as Indian sandstone, strip the surface off imprinted concrete, and blow the sand out of block paving joints.

How often should a patio be cleaned?
Once a year suits most patios in this area. Shaded, north-facing and tree-covered patios green up faster and tend to need annual attention without fail; sunny, well-drained patios can often go longer.

Can you clean a driveway and patio at the same time?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper than booking them separately, because the setup and pack-down only happen once.
